The Business Presence Package is for a business that already trades but does not yet look as established as it is. It brings together a designed company profile, business email, a Google Business Profile and a corporate website, so clients and partners see a consistent, credible business wherever they look.

Who it's for

  • Registered businesses with customers and a track record, but little online presence
  • Companies bidding for contracts, tenders or corporate clients
  • Businesses whose website, profile and email were set up piecemeal and no longer match

What's included

  • Company Profile Design produces a designed, branded profile document you can send to clients, partners and procurement teams.
  • Professional Business Email Setup gives your team addresses on your own domain, tested on desktop and mobile.
  • Google Business Profile Setup creates or claims your listing on Google Search and Maps and supports you through verification.
  • Corporate Websites delivers a multi-page website presenting your services, work and contact details. It is built by Fera, the MayR Labs software delivery unit, under the same LaunchPad invoice.

Government and registry fees in the package are covered in the price. Mailbox subscriptions from your email provider are billed to you directly and are listed in your quote.

How payment works

Packages are paid in milestones: a deposit to begin, then the balance on delivery. You can add or remove services in your quote, such as adding company profile writing if you need the content written as well.
