The Complete Launch Package takes a business from incorporation to a live website as one engagement. It covers company registration, tax and anti-money-laundering compliance, a business identity online and a corporate website, handled in the right order by one team.

What's included

  • Limited Company Registration incorporates your company with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), including your memorandum and articles of association (MEMART).
  • TIN Registration gets your company's Tax Identification Number from the Nigeria Revenue Service (NRS).
  • SCUML Registration registers your business with the Special Control Unit against Money Laundering, where your line of business requires it.
  • Domain Registration secures your company's web address.
  • Professional Business Email Setup gives your team addresses on that domain.
  • Company Profile Design produces a designed profile for clients, partners and tenders.
  • Google Business Profile Setup puts your company on Google Search and Maps, with verification support.
  • Corporate Websites delivers a multi-page website for your company, built by Fera, the MayR Labs software delivery unit, under the same LaunchPad invoice.

Government and registry fees are already included in the package price. Mailbox subscriptions from your email provider are billed to you directly and are listed in your quote.

What we need from you

  • Two or three proposed company names, in order of preference
  • A description of the company's business
  • Details and valid identification for each director and shareholder
  • Share structure and registered address
  • Your logo and brand colours, and content or interview time for the profile and website
  • Domain preferences and a list of people who need email accounts

How it works

  1. We confirm your details and check name availability with CAC.
  2. We prepare the incorporation documents and file with CAC.
  3. Once incorporated, we apply for your TIN and handle SCUML registration.
  4. We register your domain, set up email and create your Google Business Profile.
  5. We design your company profile and build your website.
  6. We launch the site and hand over all certificates, documents and access.

Limited company registration takes longer than a business name. We confirm a full timeline once we have your documents.

How payment works

Packages are paid in milestones: a deposit to begin, then the balance on delivery. You can add or remove services in your quote, such as removing SCUML if it does not apply to your business.
