Incorporated trustees registration gives churches, foundations, associations, NGOs and clubs legal recognition with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). Is this the same as registering an NGO?

For most Nigerian non-profits, yes. Incorporated trustees is the CAC registration used by NGOs, religious bodies and associations.

Will we also need SCUML registration?
