Colour is often the first thing people remember about a brand. We put together a working palette for your business, with exact values and plain notes on how to use each colour, so everything you produce looks consistent.
Who it's for
- Businesses that already have a logo but use colours inconsistently across materials
- New businesses that want a palette decided before they design a website or print materials
- Teams who keep asking "which blue was it again?"
What you get
- A working palette of primary, secondary and neutral colours
- Hex values for every colour, ready for web, social media and design tools
- Usage notes explaining where each colour belongs, such as headings, backgrounds, buttons or accents
- Guidance on which combinations read clearly together, so text stays legible
What we need from you
- A short brief on what you do and who you serve
- Your current logo or colours, if you have them
- Any brands or references whose colours you like
How it works
- You send your brief, references and any existing brand files.
- We build a palette that suits your business and your audience.
- We share it with usage notes for your feedback.
- Once you are happy, we deliver the final palette document.
Why LaunchPad
- A palette built for real use, not a mood board of colours that never appear together
- Usage notes mean anyone on your team, or any designer you hire later, can apply it correctly
- It fits directly into a full brand guideline if you decide to add one
Frequently asked questions
Can you work with the colours in my existing logo?
Yes. If your logo already has colours you want to keep, we build the rest of the palette around them.
Will the colours work in print?
Hex values are for screens. If you plan to print heavily, mention it in your brief and we will note how the colours should be handled for print.
How many colours will the palette include?
Enough to cover your real needs, usually a small set of main colours plus neutrals. A tight palette is easier to use consistently.
