CV/Resume Redesign

Your content is solid, but the document is hard to read. We restructure what you already have and typeset it into a clean, professional layout that puts your strongest points where recruiters look first.

Who it's for

• Professionals happy with what their CV says but not how it looks
• Anyone whose CV has grown over the years into a crowded, inconsistent document
• Applicants who need a sharper version quickly, without a full rewrite

What you get

• A review of your existing CV and a new structure that orders sections by relevance
• Your content tidied for consistency: tense, formatting, dates and headings
• A clean, professional layout that prints well and reads well on screen
• One revision round on the redesigned document
• Final files as a PDF and an editable DOCX

This service works with your existing wording. If your content needs rewriting, CV/Resume Writing is the better fit.

What we need from you

• Your current CV, or a completed brief
• The role you are targeting, or a job posting you plan to apply for, so we can order your content around it

How it works

1. Send us your CV and target role through a quote request or the contact form.
2. You pay up front and we confirm the details within a working day.
3. We restructure and typeset your CV.
4. You review it and send one round of feedback.
5. We deliver the final PDF and DOCX.

Why LaunchPad

• Layouts are kept simple and readable, not decorated at the expense of content.
• You keep an editable file, so future updates are easy.
• We work with clients anywhere, remotely.

Can I request a particular style?

Yes. Tell us about your industry and any preferences, and we will design a layout that suits the roles you are applying for.

We confirm a timeline once we have your CV and target role.
