Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a transfer and an allotment?
A transfer moves existing shares from one person to another. An allotment creates new shares. The paperwork differs, and we will advise which applies.
Do we need to increase our share capital first?
Sometimes. If you want to allot more shares than your company currently has available, an increase may be needed first. We check this at the start.
Does this cover shareholder agreements?
No. This service covers the CAC documentation and filing. A shareholder agreement is a separate legal document, and we recommend a lawyer for it.
