LinkedIn Profile Optimization

You have a LinkedIn profile, but it is not working as hard as it should. We audit it against the roles and audience you want to reach, rewrite the parts that matter most, and fix the rest section by section.

Who it's for

• Professionals with an established profile that no longer reflects their level
• Job seekers who want to appear in more recruiter searches for their target roles
• Consultants and founders using LinkedIn to build credibility with clients

What you get

• A keyword audit comparing your profile with the language used in your target roles and industry
• A rewritten headline that is specific and searchable
• A rewritten about section that explains your value clearly
• Section-by-section fixes across experience, skills, featured content and other relevant areas
• A short summary of what we changed and why

What we need from you

• Account access or an invite, depending on how you prefer to work with us
• Your finished CV content, so your profile and CV stay consistent
• Your target roles or the audience you want to reach

How it works

1. Tell us what you want LinkedIn to do for you.
2. You pay up front and we confirm the details within a working day.
3. We carry out the keyword audit and review every section.
4. We rewrite and update your profile.
5. You receive a summary of changes and tips for keeping it current.

Why LaunchPad

• Changes are based on your target roles, not generic advice.
• Keywords are added where they honestly describe your experience.
• Your profile is aligned with your CV, so the two support each other.

Frequently asked questions

Will this get me more recruiter messages?

We cannot promise outcomes. What we deliver is a profile that is complete, searchable for the terms your target roles use, and clearly written.

Do you need my password?

Not necessarily. We can work with you on a call or through another arrangement you are comfortable with. If you share a password, change it afterwards.

How long does it take?

We confirm a timeline once we have your CV and access arranged.
