Frequently asked questions

Is the Google subscription included?

The price covers our setup work. Google charges its own monthly or annual fee per seat, billed to you directly, so the account stays in your name.

Can you move our existing emails and files across?

Moving existing data is a separate piece of work. Ask about email migration when you request a quote.

Should we choose Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?

Both work well. Google suits teams that work in the browser; Microsoft suits those who rely on Word, Excel and Teams. We can advise when you contact us.
